Currently, the Community Foundation of Calhoun County’s Healthcare Letter of Intent   Guidelines are being revised. They will be ready for distribution in late August 2008. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list to receive the updated forms, contact the Foundation at 256-231-5160 ext. 26 or e-mail etatman@yourcommunityfirst.org .  The forms will be available for download in late August from this web site.  A notice will be sent to the local nonprofits informing them of the changes. Old Letter of Intent (formally know as Letters of Proposal) will not be accepted.  Please visit our site in August for our new Letter of Intent Guidelines. To be considered for the next funding cycle, the Letter of Intent is due by November 15, 2008 for consideration in the March 2009 funding cycle.

Also, the due date for submitting a Mini-Grant Application to the Foundation is September 1, 2008. Mini-Grant awards will be announced in October 2008.
